Job Role

Role Overview: The Donor Servicing Officer is responsible for managing donor interactions across various
channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and empathetic
responses. They coordinate with fundraising agencies, conduct training sessions, and
gather feedback to improve service delivery. The role involves generating and analyzing
reports on donor interactions, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and developing
supporter-focused communications that showcase ActionAid’s achievements. Additionally,
the officer creates high-quality, creative content for both online and offline markets, ensuring
all communications align with ActionAid’s brand, vision, and mission. This position is crucial
in building strong donor relationships and enhancing their experience with ActionAid.
The ideal applicant should have a track record of working in donors services or customer
service in the South African market and who is passionate about donor service, has good
knowledge of excel, word, design application, CMR, and AI.
